is the plot a seaside plot? What infrastructure is there? Price? Building possibilities for a permanent home?

Im selling a small beach property with a massive 5000h*200meters land, situated in a dune 20 meters from the sea and just 30km from maputo in a small town called macane ta in marracuene district. I have the full rights to the property, all paperwork has been completed and the land is ready to build on.

Please note that the land is zoned for a tourism development.
