Our website features homes and condos for sale on Lake Tahoe's north shore including Incline Village and Crystal Bay. In addition we're one of a few websites that sell timeshares in America's most visited tourist destination.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We knew we needed a venue to interact with those looking to buy or sell real estate in Incline Village.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is a new launch for us.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The Incline Village Sales company has been selling real estate in Incline Village since 1960 during the original land sell-off.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We're one of the most respected names in Lake Tahoe real estate.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
More traffic.

Marketing.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
