Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?

My name is Masoud Saberzadeh. I am a real estate agent’s rep in Las Vegas. Most of the problems in real estate stem from buyer’s and seller’s ignorance of correct real estate practices. Thus I decided to do a web site and blog which would educate people about real estate. I am a nerd and internet is my hobby. I practice both residential and commercial real estate in Las Vegas, Nevada and am very good in both.
