Please give us a short summary of your website?

My website is designed to help buyers search easily for properties in the states of Nevada and Washington as well as Internationally. I provide answers to all aspects of the purchase and sale of a property to help the consumer more fully understand the process.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I have had my website for over 12 years now. I understand the changing business envoirnment. Most people now gather, at least cursory, information from their computer. I try to make it easy for them! I am always enhancing the features on my site - in fact in the next month I will be hosting a video for consumers.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Well, again, it was over twelve years ago and it has always been for my real estate business. I do quite a bit of international advertising and I needed a place to have consumers find me as well as the services I offer.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I think a website name when you are in a service industry such as real estate really needs to be about you - so the name is what people remember.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Soon consumers will be able to obtain my e-book from my web site.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Top of the list on search engines is very important! I have paid for great placement in the past.
