Nevada highest bidder Zoning is best for Las Vegas says think tank
In an effort to diversify and further enlarge the economy of the city of Las Vegas, one think tank recommended the local government to create a restrictive zoning scheme that will award land to those who engage themselves in that area.

As of the moment, land in Las Vegas are awarded to the highest bidder, leading to a monopoly of residential developments, whose developers are willing to pay the highest price available.
