Please give us a short summary of your website?

We are a local organization with limited private funding and a credit line. We help prospective home buyers from NH or MA (first time or otherwise) get into a home by purchasing the home and then selling it to you with owner financing based on a regular, normal market interest rate and term.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To help those home buyers who are in the market to have access to the programs they need, like Credit Repair, Owner Financing, Rent Credit, and even Grant programs for those who are qualified.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

December 2007.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It's the name of the home buying assistance program that we offer.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Our mission is to make a positive difference in our client's lives by educating them on the different aspects of purchasing a home and the many options available to them. Our primary goal is to help them with whatever situation they may have with respect to buying a home and help them make the best possible decision to meet their goals and objectives. We firmly believe that rewards will come to us when we are focused on helping others. It is this belief that drives who we are and what we do.
