Residential real estate news in New York brings good and bad news this week

Bad news is that residential real estate is still moving at a slow pace. Surprise.

Good news is that trends are showing improvement in several areas according to the Real Estate Board of NY. Queens, Brooklyn and Greenpoint all saw rises in their condominium average prices.

Upper East side condo prices increased 25% to an astounding mark well over $2 million and in Tribeca it shot up 57% to well half past $3 million.
