Better read the fine print in the mortgage contract

Bottom line is, this guy should have read the fine print.

I know firsthand that by the time you get to the closing table, you just sign at the dotted line, but somewhere along the line how did the guy not get told what restrictions were on this mortgage?

Now he is suing the city who helped him buy his property with its municipal housing program that was created to help low income minorities to buy property.

I think something smells fishy.
