House Sale Rise on Forclosure Bargains

The house sales in U.S. unexpectedly rose as the rising foreclosures drove down prices and encouraged buyers into their highest level of activity in more than a year.

The price of houses in the U.S. fell by almost 9% in this year up to October according the the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.)
