Please give us a short summary of your website?

We help homeowners out of tough jams, by offering to purchase their homes. They can afford foreclosure and end the nightmares of dealing with troubled tenants.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Noticed there was a need to help homeowners avoid the pitfalls of dealing with real estate agents, and help homeowners save on real estate agents commissions and fees.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

The site was launced in July of 07 and plan on keeping it going until 2017.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It seemed like the right name for the homeowners we were looking to target.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We offer a 24 hour option for homeowners to call us to speak with someone.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My goals is to reach the top of search engines so i can be contacted by homeowners that are frustrated with selling their house the traditional way.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

i really had to learn seo since i didn't want to hire just any company that could possibly dupe me.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

close to one year.
