free promotional opportunities, and maybe reaching others from other states that are interested in coming here. We can help them also.

How did you decide on a name for your website?
a friendly approach to attract customers it has been my screen name for many years waiting on an opportunity to become the name it is today..i think it fits perfectly.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
the name and the little blue men and our service of course. i like the way when i introduce myself, i always get to say who im with at least twice, plus i hand them a card to visualise RGLAD2CU smilen
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
to be able to help lots of people get into a new home they can afford without any worries. and Help the military with affordable housing
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I believe more time invested and spent in making your business known is a valuable skill and will always pay off with determination and persistance.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
go and get bill and find more land and develop it so that C&D can build on it for starter home. to help the military families.and young growind families can be homeowners instead of renters.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
not enough money to advertise as much as i would like. but we are managing it well. i am very excited ! and the more i learn the more confident i am in this adventure of my lifetime. I only want to do it right.
What has been your biggest challenge?
being able to reach my "target" audience. i seem to have a tendancy to direct it towards anyone in stead of someone..i guess that says it..lol...
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
seo , networking, real estate associations , the seminars that we attend are great sources for us to promote our site and business.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
the amount of hits we get for being the little dot on the map really does surprise me. but i am over joyed and cant hardly wait till they start growing fast....
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
we have been working the site since 2005, always welcome and suggestions that might make it easy for to navigate or get the information that you are looking for. we will continue to try to improve and grow to our fullest potential.!!!!
