Fargo real estate market survives massive flood and recession

Despite a massive flood that had been expected to dampen the local economy, the real estate of Fargo, ND, bounced back with a 22% sales increase.

The city of 90000 people has also escaped the recession that still continues to plague the national economy. There has not been any bubbles, making the economy free from boom-and-bust cycles seen elsewhere.
