Our website is all about saving search time for suitable business for any budget, for new commers or experienced investors in Retail Business. Focus is saving time and money to buyers.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Every body has a right to make better living, to provide better life style to their families. Some of them have very limited time to search for suitable business. They can not afford to spend long hours of research for good business. We tried to bring them on one page with excellent comparables. To save them time and money. We tried to save them more time for their kids and families.

How did you decide on a name for your website?
Swairah is word from language name Punjabi, spoken in India and Pakistan. Meanings are "Early Morning". People have dreams to be successful and to make better living in business field. Looking for a suitable business is the first step towards Light from Darkness. Swairah is first light for them. These dreamers have worked too hard to save money to buy a business, to provide better living to their families. Swairah tried to provide them best experience, consultation and support as well as the solutions for their problems.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
On our website, we provide most of the information upfront without any obligation. If someone feel comfortable to provide us their private contact information, we always appreciate that. Also we provide one on one support to each buyer diring their search for business and its all free. All it takes is a phone call, email or a fax message. We tried to answer most of their questions on our website and if they need further details, we provide them same day in most of the case. Time is the key. We like to save time to every one.

Very well balance. We don't rush. We believe its a life time decision for most of the buyers, and we want them to take their time and make well educated decision with full confidence and peace of mind. No pushy sales at our end what so ever it is. We like our buyers to know a to z every thing about the business they are getting in before making their final decisions.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We like to keep it simple to undestand for every one. Don't like to make it too flashy and complicated. Don't like to trick people. Hoever, we are always open for any suggestion to imporove their experience on our website and we always appreciate that.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, we do. We have great help in house to keep up with out clients requirements.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Did not have one. We are simple and tried to keep it simple for others.
What has been your biggest challenge?
To earn the trust and confidence of first time buyers. However, we are very successful on that.

Word of mouth from our visitors.
