Our Site is designed to enable buyers & Sellers to gather Free information about Columbus Ohio and the real estate market in Columbus Ohio. Search Listing, meet with buyers & sellers.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We though the insight we can offer to the Columbus Ohio real estate market plus providing FREE tools for buyers & sellers, would help those interested in the Columbus Ohio Market better analyze

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

First website was about 6 years ago and it was a site about Real Estate in and surrounding columbus Ohio

How did you decide on a name for your website?

We wanted it to be as descrip as possible so everyone would understand what the site was about, enabling only those intersted in Real Estate in Columbus Ohio to access the site. We hate sites tha try and trick people on clicking on them

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We use the site as a front end & back end so we use it as an office, this allows us ot answer customers questions quickly and be more attentive then other sites.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

We plan on growing our online presence, adding additional local/target sites. We will keep the sites and business running to best service our clients

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We have had to bring in outside recourses, to keep up with our success of both the online and traditional offline business

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We would have fully interactive sessions with realtors, live on site 24 hours a day, helping clients answer questions and addressing concerns about the market,and conditions

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

We are in a college town OSU, Which means we can access a large pool of taleneted young people. We would leverage this to our advantage.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Learning how to build traffic, designing tools, implementing tools without interuption. We still learn everyday

What has been your biggest challenge?

Deciding the correct tools to offer, site layout, and of course driving the right traffic to the site.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Pay per clicks

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

The workload invovled, to keep the site relevant and current

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Several years, generations we will run our site

What prompted you to create a web portal

Enabling us ot bring to the worldwide community and easy to use search toold for Columbus Ohio property.
