Home prices, sales went up in Tulsa

Home sales in Tulsa, Oklahoma may have lowered compared to previous months, but this is largely due to a typically slow winter season in the local real estate market.

What is surprising to note is that local sales in this area actually picked up, completely going against national trends. Home prices significantly went up as well. The question: Why? How?
