Our website is introduction of company, what services we are offering in real estate industry and what are the projects we are offering to our valued clients. we offer real estate agent services, construction services, interior desigining.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
As the world is changing into the Global Village and website is the fastest way to reach to your potential clients all over the world. Also the global presence in this fast changing world is necessary.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Our fisrt website was launched in March 2006 and its URL was www.al-emarat.com.pk and is was also about our services in Real Estate industry what we are offering.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
our webiste name is on our company name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Easy to use offer complete real estate services and offer complete database of properties we are offering.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
we shall retain our website and it will be keep running and run as our company global presence.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
we think our website offers the complete satisfaction to our clients for what they are looking.

yes we are able to keep it up with changing demands and we will upgrade according to need and demand.

Nothing all costs are in complete control.
What has been your biggest challenge?
In Start we are unable to promote our website and that was big challenge and slowly and gradually we join different promotion tools and learn different things to advertise our website and now are in complete control of everything.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
The most successful method which promote our website was Google Adword program which increase the traffic and response to our site.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
currently we are align with what we have expected and we are completely satisfied with it.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
