Even though Panama's real estate marlet is down, it may not be a bad thing

Panama has seen a little of the downturn in the global economy market as their real estate investments are down by about 30% from last year.
This may not be all bad news though, because it will weed out some of the flippers and people who are the high risk takers that really have no interest in living in the Republic.
Panama has several things going for them due to the fact that they are internationally entwined because of foreigners who are still flocking there.
