Guide for buyers and sellers to receive free information about house values and mls listings, and free information form local realtors.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I design sites, I'm an real estate agent.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

1999 personal portfolio site

How did you decide on a name for your website?

just creative brainstorming and or market research.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I try to make clean, simple sites with good content or provie access to relevant information.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I make sites mainly as a hobby and as a challenge, but they sometimes help produce a small income but never enogh to live off.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I get more personal satisfaction producing a quality site. Any profits earned are just a small bonus.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

bigger and better sites, providing good information, and more intricate designs perhaps

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

hire friends and relatives to help with the demand.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Just never enough time in a day to do all I wish I could do.

trade links, word of mouth

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

very diffcult to make any significant income

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

this particular site I just started, but I plan to run it indefinatly

started out as graphic designer, then became intrigued with web design.
