realdetailed is dedicated to helping homeowners homebuyers and real estate agents understand the title process. We offer peroperty and title reports and recording services.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
A sharp decline in the real estate market due to predatory lenders and poor title work showed that people were not getting told all the facts about title and refinancing.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
realdetailed was desinged from the ground up to work for homebuyers owners and agents. To give them the best possible infomation.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To become a large enough website that we can change how the market is done. you know, before you buy a home do a realdetailed report on it. We want to stop the predatory lending and inform people about there options.
