Based in Lagoa, on the western side of the Algarve, the idyllic, southern coast of Portugal, we offer a large and varied choice of magnificent villas, newly built or with quality renovations and exciting and innovative developments in the Lagoa and Carvoeiro areas and beyond. Whether you are looking for a beach front property, penthouse apartment or hillside retreat with dramatic views ,as an investment or holiday home, we are available 24 hours per day to assist in your search.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The website was launched last year, after having worked with 'simple'sites we needed a special website showcasing the fantastic properties we have in a sophisticated manor.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
the first site http://www.BuyPropertyAlgarve.com was launched 2005/2003 both sites eavillas.com were copies to save costs and time. A simple and easy to navigate site but lacking the WOW factor
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name of our company was born when we were thinking of working in the niche of luxury properties. Exclusive Algarve Villas will state pretty much we work in the Algarve, Portugal and sell real estate of a high quality.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Have a look at the site and drop me a line on bart@eavillas.com with your thoughs. If you have ideas how to improve please do let me know. The simple navigation and well displayed pictures of properties are important, within 2 to 3 clicks you must be able to find the property you want.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
The web is always changing what was new yesterday is ancient tomorrow. Keep looking, searching and thinking everyday to improve. Every 3 to 6 months we update the sites

Many headaches, the CRM system costed more than double what we had budgetted

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
SEO technics but they cost a lllllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooot of time&money. Keep spending on Google makes google happy i'm not sure if we're benefitting that well..
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
exactly like it is, work hard and long days
