To increase Agency income

It was launch approx. a couple of years ago and it was also Real Estate website

Very easy. Just came on my mind.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It's really simple website without so much confusing text.Many other sites are placing differnt subjects that are not related to that website.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Good, but of course can be better.
