After reaching sky high, all signs seem to show that the Singaporean property market is set for a fall. It seems that property prices have already peaked and are bound to fall soon.
For instance, property sales have gone sluggish due to the already-high price. If the low sales will continue, wait until the prices go down.
And what do we do when prices fall down? We buy more! It's a boom-bust cycle in Singapore, and the time to buy is near to come.
