Let and Stay offers student accommodation tenants and landlords a specialised letting and management service. Our properties are based in Auckland Park, Brixton, Melville and Westdene and are all within walking distance form the University of Johannesburg (UJ), AFDA and Wits.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Let and Stay would like to offer its services to students studying at UJ and landlords with student properties in the areas of Auckland Park, Melville, Brixton and Westdene.

This is our industry and as such is an apt name.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Let and Stay offers a simple yet informative, clearly laid out website with relevant links and blogs.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Let and Stay would like to be the preferred studetn letting agent in the South Africna market an as such requires a website that embodies this vision.

Pretty happy with the path that we are on now.

Primary site for 4 years, updated site a couple of months.

We offer a dedicated full time office and support staff to deal with any tenant and landlord queries swiftly. Our offices are strategicaly located opposite the University of Johannesburg (UJ) and as such very accessible by our target market. We employ state of the art IT systems allowing tenants and landlords to access their account information online.

HI Im a student at UJ and Im currently staying in Brixton. Im paying R1900 excl electricity. I would really appreciate it if U culd help me find cheaper accomodation 4 next year, I dont mind sharing and I would be willing to pay no more than R1300 next year. Thank U
