Things are still going downhill, but it appears they are sliding down a little less swiftly in the last two months.
The downturn in the real estate market does continue and San Diego had a cumulative decline of 39.2% since November of 2005 when housing peaked.
Gary London, a San Diego real estate consultant says he believes that Southern California, the coastal markets and San Diego will come out of the downturn first.
