San Diego high end property market sixth worst in nation
02/03/09 14:05
The low end housing market seems to be easing, the high end property market in San Diego is the nation's sixth worst housing market.
Prices in the low end are still 50% higher than they were in 2000.
Phoenix holds the record for the highest decline with 32.9% and Dallas holds the least among the 20 cities that were studied.
The trend that is happening though is that the market is shifting from a buyer's to a seller's market at the starter home level, where people who two years ago thought they would never be able to own a home but are buying at discount prices.
