Homeless, Housed, then Homeless Again

Stories of homeless people are fairly common. Stories of homeless people who then gets housing help are also fairly common. Stories of homeless people who then gets housing help then later on gets homeless again, however, are not common. What is more surprising is that these homeless people are actually veterans.

Sounds weird? Well, it sounds discouraging to me. Here is the story from The Leaf Chronicle.
