I mostly talk about the Austin real estate market. Every so often I digress into something non real estate related.

What blogging platform do you do and why?

I use Moveable Type. A friend recommended it. Overall its ok.

What kind of blogs make you angry?

I don't know. Blogs don't make me angry. I guess fake blogs that auto generate content are annoying.

What are some things you would NEVER blog about?

Friends that don't want their personal life on the web.

Did you start blogging for the purpose of making money and if so, are you making enough money?

Occasionally I will pick up a client as a result of the blog. But to be honest the amount of time probably doesnt justify how much business it generates.

How long have you been blogging?

Since September 2005.
