At FactsOnForeclosure.com, homeowners can find information about how to avoid foreclosure and keep their home or sale a home with no equity in a competitive market.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I decided to launch FactsOnForeclosure because many of the homeowners in Dallas / Fort Worth were being faced with the possibility of foreclosure and the need for assistance is overwhelming. Because my real estate speciality is negotiating with banks to have short sales approved, I in a great position to help these people and can offer lots of options.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

The first web site I ever launched was www.RealEstateInspector.com. I sold it several years later after I left the real estate inspection business.
