Real Estate Location Interview

By Interviewer at 11/03/07 22:13

Name of your website?

Real Estate Location

Your name?

J. "Nick"

Your Location (city, etc)

Prosper

Please give us a short summary of your website?

My website contains some of my secrets that I've learned for picking locations to buy property in order to maximize profit.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I had some friends and family ask me to. And I watched others pick some really bad locations for investment properties.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Years ago, I believe it was for our "clan" in Quake Team Fortress. My second one was for my friends and I when we were in our early twenties and was about how we "owned" San Diego.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Just named it for what it is.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Some of my tips aren't found elsewhere, and where they are found, are not as clear and concise as I'm writing them.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

No idea, I don't have a long term goal for it yet.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, I have other projects that I'm working on that require dedicated space and internet access in a local colocation facility, and the website will be moved there once it's going.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

No time to write everything yet. :)

What has been your biggest challenge?

Time! I have a wife and kids, including a baby.

What is your website address?
