Trinity River Corridor property foreclosure halted by bank agreement

The Bank of The Ozarks and property owner JPI, a developer based in Irvine have reached an agreement that will stop the foreclosure.

The 52 acreas that runs along the Industial Blvd, was purchased to develop an apartment retail project valued at $950 million.

The Trinity River Project was planned to consist of as much as 400,000 square feet of retail occupancy and 3,000 residential units.

Wow... good news I believe. Just crazy how many properties are falling... I'm in arizona, we see trustees sales off the charts for foreclosure property investments in az ... guys and groups with cash are swooping up great buys left and right... even those with access to hard money loans are getting steals at auction in maricopa county.
