Bangkok Condo has a great selection of condominiums and apartments for sale and for rent in Bangkok. We also have a good selection of houses for sale and rent in Bangkok that you can easily browse through.

We receive most of our enquiries through our website

This is my first website launch
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Bangkok condo seemed the obvious name as this is what I am promoting
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Bangkok condo allows users to easily browse through properties for sale and rent in Bangkok without having to key in loads of annoying parameters. Therefore, you can quickly get the information that you want.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Reasonable
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would prefer to keep the money or use it for alternative business ideas. However, if I had to use it for my website, I would probably allow individuals to adversite their properties themselves and sell advertising space.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I think so.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
It takes a lot of time to submit to other websites, build links, submit and write articles and to develop a website in general.
What has been your biggest challenge?

Article submissions seem to be very worth while

Not really
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
About 6 months, and I will need to continue to develop the site indefinitely
