Invest In Tonga Interview

By Interviewer at 05/27/07 23:16

Tonga, real-estate:www InvestInTonga com South Pacific Dream Properties: www.InvestInTonga.com Name of your website?

Invest In Tonga

Your name?

Pita Falfo'ou

Your Location (city, etc)

Vava'u

When did you start your website and why?

This website was started just about 3 weeks ago. It was started due to the large number of people who had told me it would be great if Tonga had an MLS real estate site.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

InvestInTonga.com is your one stop shop for everything Tonga. We are the only MLS real estate website in Tonga, as well as the only Tongan owned and operated site in Vava'u. We offer not only property listings but also such items as Tongan handicrafts and jewelry and the only e-book on relocating to Tonga as well. We even offer full service property appraisals, buyer's agent services and more!

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Attracting customers.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Designing it.

What was your biggest mistake?

None.

Who maintains your website and why?

A gentleman I know from Argentina who is an expert coder with unbelievable reasonable prices.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

We just started 3 weeks ago but have already attracted a few real estate buyers.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

It will dominate commerce all across the earth.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

I don't know very much about it.

What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?

I don't know very much about them.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

On-line advertising.

What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?

I would like to see EVERYTHING on the internet. For example, if I type in "real estate in Rwanda for under $20,000" IO would like to see a site pop up that matches this. People all over the world need to put their busineses on-line!

You can enter a question of your choice and the answer here:

QUESTION: Why should someone relocate to Tonga?

ANSWER: We have many ex-pats here from the USA, Canada and all across Europe and they can all tell you that they have never experienced such peace and freedom as they have here in Tonga.

Tonga is an amazingly beautiful island country in the South Pacific that resembles the old South Seas of yesteryear, not the Americanized, over-hyped and over-priced locales like Fiji and Tahiti.

The property is beautiful and the prices are low!

Tonga is a country where you can truly realize your dreams!

What is your website address?
