Based in Calis, Fethiye, Lion Developments is a company which has grown from meeting our clients' needs. We saw that there was a gap in the market and we believe we have filled it.
Lion Developments build quality homes in the Fethiye area, paying close attention to detail throughout. We employ local workers who have become known to us over a period of time, people we can trust to do the job. We take care to listen to what our clients want, with the result that our last two projects we have sold out before completion.
We are proud to announce that we have recently won a commission to build two new villas based on what the client saw when he visited one of our sites.
Lion Developments is a joint venture between a UK investment vehicle and a well established Turkish hotel, tourism and development business. We have combined, within the Board of Management and senior managers, all the requisite skills of local building and development experience with international business methods and international building standards.
Our aim is to develop high quality properties where we will work hand in hand with buyers in order to maintain the value of their purchases.
