The booming real estate market.

How did you decide on a name for your website?
I mainly wanted keywords in the domain name and it should be easy to remember.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
All property related news in a single place.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it for income.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
It took one year to get a reasonable amount of traffic. The time and money spend on first year is paying off now.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
May include one forum, so people can discuss about the market and developments.

I doubt.

Nothing much.
