Please give us a short summary of your website?

My website is Real Estate website that utilizes the latest technology to bring buyers and sellers together.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I wanted to make more money selling real estate.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

I launched my website in November of 2005. My website has changed over that time to help improve my services to my clients.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I was looking for good domains and I found this one on GoDaddy.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I am different because I care. I really want people to find a home they love. I gain pleasure from that and it really makes a differance to me when I help someone else.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I would like to close 100 homes in a year.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I feel that I don't have to nessarly give up one of those items to gain in the other area. That is what I love about Real Estate.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would add more pictures and information to my website. I would make it more user friendly and hopefully increase conversion.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

When I first started I didn't realize the time it takes to do SEO. I mean just filling this form out is 15 or so minutes. Times that by the a couple hundred and you understand why it becomes such a big ordeal.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Customer Loyalty.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

SEO

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I didnt realize the time that would be involved.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

2 years and I want it to stay up indefinately
