Utah has a very advanced and well organized foreclosure system that allows you to pick up properties at very good prices. The state has some very strict guidelines regarding foreclosures, that go from default notices to default auction announcements. One has to be very cautiuous, however, because sometimes the potential purchaser is not allowed to inspect the houses and a real estate agent is required. Also, check the market to get the comparative prices and also the newspapers which publish sale and default notices.
