We help people buy and sell real estate for their primary home or for investments. It is a buyer's market and if anyone can afford to get into a home there are great deals to be had right now!

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To help people get as much information about real estate as possible in this local market. They can look up neihgborhood information, sold information and much more.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It's a company website

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It is much easier to navigate and find the information you need. We don't make people fill out their information first, we let them browse around and only give us their name if they want to.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To get business and help people find information.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Pretty well balanced.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes we have lots of agents to help out.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Promoting our office over all the others.
