In essence, it will save you a lot of time, and perhaps money by reading this great article about why home inspection negotiations between buyer and seller fail.

Don't get to the closing table thinking you are both on the same page, because frequently that's when the crap hits the fan.

You thought you were agreeing to a $300 fix when the buyer was asking (and got a yes) for a $6,000 fix that should have been a "no".

This is a must read.
