Please give us a short summary of your website?

GreyStone Analytics provides user friendly investment analysis software for real estate investors.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

With all of the uncertainty in today’s real estate market, it’s more important than ever to thoroughly evaluate the financial viability of an investment property before you put your money down. But, understandably, many real estate investors and brokers don’t know where to start. Many current software options are either too complex, leaving the investor confused, or they’re overly simplistic, resulting in inaccurate and potentially misleading results. At GreyStone Analytics, we are committed to developing world class financial software that is both powerful and intuitive, and that’s what we’ve done with our new GreyStone Real Estate Investor software.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We felt it was important to include sophisticated risk analysis tools in the software, while ensuring the end-user experience remained simple and intuitive. For instance, GreyStone’s Monte Carlo simulator runs 10,000 simulations and displays the output all in the blink of an eye. While the calculations that occur behind-the-scenes are complex, we focused on developing inputs and outputs that could be easily understood by anyone.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Developing the software was a significant challenge, taking over 18 months from start to finish. And now that the software is developed and the website launched, we now face the challenge of driving traffic to the website in a competitive space.

What is your website address?
