Community reports, neighborhood information and statistics, and salary info are all available to help families relocating from other areas. Search the MLS and see all homes available through the MLS in the Greater Seattle Area. News and opinions about the Seattle real estate market on my blog!
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I wanted to provide a cohesive, easy to use source of information for buyers and sellers in the Seattle Area. I provide a great deal of marketing services that my competition does not, and I think consumers should have all the information they need at their fingertips to make the best decision possible when involved in a real estate transaction.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
In college, I made a website about human rights for a webdesign class. I got an A. :)
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It's eponymous.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
It's easier to use in many respects. It's also more visually appealing in my opinion, which is important because if someone is going to trust me to represent their home, they should see that I am able to represent myself in a similarly high-quality way.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To help buyers and sellers in the Seattle area gain the information they need to make the right decisions. And if they choose me as their agent, even better!
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
If people find my information valuable, it was worth the time!
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
not much. I'm pretty hands on, and have some great marketing concepts and photography at my fingertips already!
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I think so! I'm constantly updating information and my blog.
