Real estate was the main reason why we are in this mess in the first place, so does that mean solving the problem in this market will be the precursor to the solution to a much broader economy?
What you have been reading in the news is largely connected with the residential real estate market. Not much news on the commercial market. Will this sector of the industry, which has largely escaped the crisis, be the one to start uplift the market?
