The Start of the Housing Bubble

An economic bubble is an unsustainable growth that is bound to pop anytime when people start to realize that their investments are not worth what they really are.

This is what happened to the housing bubble. People had this frenzy for buying properties even though they do not have the money and resorted wholly to loans from banks and other firms.

Looking Back at the Housing Bubble Before 2008

Today, we are sure that the housing problem in the United States is one of the main drivers of whatever slump is happening to the global economy. The US housing market is just too big for the world economy to be not affected.

Hoever, we are sure that more than a year back, officials have claimed that the housing market was not something that should be taken seriously. Now who isn't serious?
