Foreclosure filings rose in February to nearly 300,000. That is up 6% from January and the third highest monthly figure since 2005 when the housing market turned south.

It is no wonder that buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for a better deal, people. With this kind of information everywhere you look in the news, spouting worse things to come.
