Commercial property prices fell by 15% in 2008

It was thought that the commercial real estate market has generally avoided the housing crunch early in the year, but year-end reports show that commercial property prices dropped further in the US than residential property prices in 2008. It was down by 15% and equal with 2005 levels. It seems that commercial prices caught up with the freefall later on in the year
