South America's First Green Building

Ecological yet economical. This was proven by South America's first green building, Céfira Tower, located in a seaside town in Buenos Aires province.

The building is fully powered by its own windmill on top of the building, generating power more than what it actually needs. Furthermore, 80% of the building is made out of glass, making out the most out of the sunlight. Smart light bulbs that turn off when not in use are also present.

The best thing about it is that it costs like any other building in the area. Cool.
