Energy efficient residential units attracting some attention

G2B Ventures, based in Seattle, WA is trying to raise $50 million to start its "Energy Retro Fund" which will include buying foreclosed or undervalued properties in residential areas, retro fit them for efficient energy use, and then sell or rent them for a return.
