Commercial Real Estate Activity Conditions

The National Association of Realtors have published a forward-looking index and forecast for the commercial real estate sectors states that a sustained lack of credit and economic decline will depress the the commercial real estate market industry on this year ahead. According to NAR chief economist - Lawrence Yun, all components of the index declined with the credit crunch hammering down some components of NAR's commercial leading indicator.
