It is disgusting that scammers even cheat those people who are already in misery. We all know that the United States is in a turbulent time right now, when foreclosures are here and there, and mortgaged houses are increasing in number.

I just cannot believe that some people even have the nerve to trick people to sign deeds or sell the homes after under-appraisal.
