Deteriorating Homes Contribute to Deteriorating Prices and Vice Versa

The price of homes that were previously foreclosed are in a freefall alright. And with the way these houses look like, it's no surprise.

Due to the overwhelming number of houses that are foreclosed and transferred to the banks, these houses tend to be uncared-for, resulting to vandalism, theft, dirt--a total wreck. With houses like these proliferating the market, I will be surprises if they appreciate much.
